What we do

Bridgewell Partners was founded to apply the latest research about relationship building to organizational settings. Our work applies the insights of Intrapsychic Humanism as a foundation for understanding relationships in businesses and organizations. Our view of the human condition is optimistic; we believe that people are born with a fervent desire to help others (and be supported by others) and, under normal circumstances, can gain great pleasure by helping others.

Working with us, you can expect a unique relationship based on respect and support for your particular organization's needs. Our clients' experience demonstrates that our point of view is both profitable and pleasant.

* A comprehensive outline of the underlying theory is found in Intrapsychic Humanism: An Introduction to a Comprehensive Psychology and Philosophy of Mind by Martha Heineman Pieper and William J. Pieper (Chicago: The Falcon II Press, 1990). Applications of the theory are found in the Pieper's Smart Love: The Compassionate Alternative to Discipline That Will Make You a Better Parent and Your Child A Better Person (Boston: Harvard Common Press, 1999) and Addicted to Unhappiness: Free yourself from moods and behaviors that undermine relationships, work, and the life you want (McGraw-Hill/Contemporary Books; August, 2002).
